Jim discusses the various strategies available to have one’s heirs avoid paying estate taxes. They also illustrate many of the issues through a real-life case study. Jonathan discusses a new study on retirement preparedness from the Employee Benefit Research Institute. Not surprisingly, most Americans nearing retirement age are not adequately prepared.
